After the recent ‘Alai Balai’ event in Hyderabad, there has been a lot of controversy between fans of Grikapati Narasimha Rao (Telugu literary artist) and Megastar Chiranjeevi on social media. Addressing the crowd during the event, Garikapati had reportedly asked megastar Chiranjeevi to stop taking selfies with the gatherings there. Because taking selfies again and again was disrupting his speech. He then said that if Chiranjeevi did not stop his photo session immediately, he would leave the program and Chiranjeevi later stopped him by greeting Grikapati.

However, fans and followers of the megastar were not happy with the ‘Godfather’ actor’s request for Grikapati. After that many social media users posted various memes and comments on the Telugu literary artist’s video and started trolling Grikapati on social media.

Grikapati says that he requested Chiranjeevi only because he was worried about the constant anxiety caused by the crowd due to the photo op. Later, a sarcastic tweet by Chiranjeevi’s younger brother Naga Babu said, ‘Chiranjeevi’s popularity would make anyone jealous.’ In such a situation, he has added fuel to the fire by tweeting on this matter. However, later, in a tweet, Nagababu asked his fans to stop trolling Grikapati as it was not done on purpose.

However, it has already become a caste issue among the Brahmins. While some are coming in support of Grikapati and Kapu, many are trolling Chiranjeevi for asking her to take selfies with her fans.
