Gujarat BJP unit president CR Patil was targeted
He said- the people will reject the Congress again like every election.
On one side Bharat Jodi Yatra is going on and on the other side the party is breaking up.

Gir Somnath. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Gujarat unit president CR Patil on Monday said the Congress’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ is not passing through the state because of Rahul Gandhi, who has no place for Gujarat in his heart. Addressing a convention of BJP workers, Patil said that on one side, ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ is going on and on the other, Congress itself is disintegrating.

Without mentioning Rahul’s name, he said, “Former national president of the party and Member of Parliament India takes out Jodi Yatra but ignores Gujarat. This is because they have no place in their hearts for Gujarat. That’s why he doesn’t want to come here. Patil said that the people of Gujarat have been rejecting the Congress for the past 27 years and will do the same again in the upcoming assembly elections. Taking a jibe at the Congress’ ‘Vikas Pagla Gaya Hai’ slogan during the 2017 assembly elections in the state, Patil said the party has now ‘melted’.

Congress’ 3,570-km long and 150-day ‘Bharat Judo Yatra’ began on September 7 from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu. This yatra will end in Jammu and Kashmir. However, the trip will not originate from Gujarat but will depart from the neighboring states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Rahul Gandhi came to Gujarat on September 5, two days before the start of the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’.
