In his address, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jairam Thakur jokingly urged the employees not to take any tension. He said that at the time of election, the leaders are not tired, but the employees are tired. He said that the practice of forming the BJP government has started again in the whole country and with the support of the employees, the BJP government will be formed again in Himachal Pradesh. He said that some parties are trying to create a negative atmosphere among the employees at the time of election, but nothing will be done if they say anything. He said that the previous government made promises to many employees but the present government has worked to provide relief to these sections.
During the programme, the Chief Minister announced Rs 15 lakh for the repair of the NGO building and Rs 2 crore for accommodation for the employees in the market. Along with this, he also assured to fulfill the various demands of the employees before the implementation of the code of conduct in the state. President K MLA Anil Sharma, Billah MLA Inder Singh Gandhi, Paul Verma, Ashwini Thakur, Rajesh Sharma and other employees were present in the program.
