A police official said that the girl committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling fan in a room of her house in Kharbi area of ​​Nagpur city on Friday evening. As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot and started investigation. The body has been sent for post-mortem. The statements of the family have been recorded in this case.

The police said about the incident that according to preliminary investigation, the girl had asked her parents to take the iPhone several times. His parents also promised to buy him, though the purchase of an iPhone was delayed. On this, the girl accepted that her parents did not want to fulfill her demand and took this step on Friday. The police have recorded the statement of the father of the deceased and registered a case of accidental death in connection with the incident.
