Roger has been a great asset

The former all-rounder was part of the selection panel in 2012. During this period, he was heavily criticized for including Stuart Binny in the Indian cricket team. During his tenure, India won the ICC Champions Trophy 2013 which was a huge achievement. But in 2014 and 2015, the team plunged into crisis.
