Satna On the second day of Vijaya Dashmi, a huge running event was organized in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. After a long period of Corona, people were relieved by the instructions and on the second day of Dussehra, the people of the city organized a running event. Thousands of people danced and swayed to Maa Durga idols and DJ tunes in this moving event.

You may have seen the floating ceremony of Durga Devi idols on Dussehra, but not the moving ceremony on the second day of Vijaya Dashmi. This year, rains spoiled the colors on Vijaya Dashmi, due to which the moving ceremony could not be organised. To remedy this shortcoming, the residents of the city organized a moving ceremony on the second day, in which Lord Ram’s tableau was taken out. After that, the streets of the city were filled with beautiful processions of idols of Durga. It was crowded with people. Only the heads of people were visible on the streets of the city.

People were seen dancing to Maa Durga idols and DJ tunes with great enthusiasm. People were seen on the streets of Jai Stamba Chowk, Bihari Chowk, Pinilal Chowk, Hospital Chowk, the main bazaar of the city. Police were ready everywhere in the entire system. The race ended peacefully. A beautiful tableau of around 30 Durga idols came up in the city.

After a long period of corona, people got rid of the covid guidelines. This year there was no such guideline for either masks or sanitizers. Due to which, after a long time, the streets of the city were once again crowded with people. The event continued till late night.
