New Delhi. The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Satyendra Jain on medical grounds. Supreme Court has granted bail to Satyendra Jain for 6 weeks. The Supreme Court said that Satyendra Jain will not make any statement in the media while on bail. The Supreme Court said that Satyendra Jain will have to submit his medical report to the court. The Supreme Court said that Satyendra Jain is not allowed to go out of Delhi NCR. The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Satyendra Jain till July 11. The next hearing of the case will be on July 10. The Supreme Court has allowed former Delhi minister Satyendra Jain, who is in jail, to seek treatment in a hospital of his choice and asked him to submit medical records. Significantly, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi Chief Minister Satyendra Jain, lodged in Tihar Jail, collapsed in the toilet on Thursday due to dizziness. After which he has been admitted in ICU of Government LNJP Hospital. Jain was earlier taken to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital. Where he has been admitted to Lok Naik Jay Prakash (LNJP) Hospital due to breathing problem. Jain was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in May last year in a money laundering case. Jain has been lodged in Tihar Jail since then.
